Warranty Coverage:  

RepaintPro provides a limited warranty for our painting services, guaranteeing both materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of completion.

Warranty Claims:  

If you have a warranty claim, please contact RepaintPro within the warranty period. Claims should be reported as soon as possible and must include details of the issue and your original contract or invoice number.

Eligible Claimants:  

This warranty is valid only for the original property owner and is non-transferable. It applies only to the specific work performed by RepaintPro.

Warranty Work Performed:  

RepaintPro will inspect the reported issue and determine if it falls under our warranty coverage. If the claim is valid, we will perform the necessary repairs or touch-ups at no additional cost.

Exclusions:  

This warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or vandalism.

- Normal wear and tear, including fading or deterioration due to environmental conditions.

- Structural issues, including but not limited to moisture damage, structural movement, or settling.

- Work performed by other contractors or individuals not authorized by RepaintPro.

Limitation of Liability:  

RepaintPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of warranty work. Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the original service provided.
